Orders
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, confirm quantities, and proceed to checkout. Orders are not reserved until payment is completed.
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation email within minutes. If not received, check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Returns are accepted within seven days of receipt.

Shipping
Domestic Shipping (Japan):
- Delivery Time: Ships within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays).
- Delivery Slots: Morning, 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 18:00–20:00, 19:00–21:00.
- Fees: Fixed rate of 800yen within Japan.
- Tracking: Provided via Yamato Transport's tracking system.
International Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
- Fees: Fixed rate of USD25 worldwide
- Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for any duties or fees.
Disclaimer: Customs clearance times vary by country. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
- Returns and Exchange Policy
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we offer a return policy within seven days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Returns must be initiated within seven days of receipt. We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
1. Items delivered over eight days ago.
2. Used products.
3. Damaged products in your possession.
4. Customer-modified products.
5. Opened products.
6. Products purchased outside this website.
Contact the Altis Customer Support Desk for return authorization. Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected.

Treatments
How long does a treatment take?
Women: ~1.5 hours. Men: ~1 hour 15 minutes. Includes changing, showering, and consultations.
Can two people receive treatments at the same time?
Due to our multi-therapist approach, simultaneous bookings for two or more people are not possible.
Can I bring my child during the treatment?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children as we do not have childcare facilities.
Will I see results with just one treatment?
Yes, noticeable results can be achieved in a single session. Weekly sessions are recommended initially for enhanced benefits.
Do you offer treatment courses?
Yes, we provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable courses.
How long do the effects last?
The duration varies depending on your health and lifestyle. Personalized home care advice is provided.
Is the treatment painful?
Some clients may experience slight discomfort during the first session. This typically decreases with subsequent treatments.
Do I need to undress for the treatment?
We provide disposable paper shorts and comfortable wear for treatments. (Women: Bra top and shorts; Men: Tank top and shorts.)
Are the treatments available for men?
Yes, all treatments are available for men.
Can I receive a treatment during my menstrual period?
Yes, treatments are possible. Disposable shorts are available, or you may use your own.
Can I receive treatments while pregnant?
Yes, depending on your condition. Please inform us during booking.
How soon after childbirth can I receive a treatment?
Many clients start around one month postpartum.
How many days in advance should I schedule a bridal treatment before my wedding?
We recommend scheduling at least two weeks prior to your wedding for optimal results.
Can I receive treatment directly from Kazumasa Kawasaki?
All treatments are performed by our trained spa staff. Kazumasa Kawasaki is currently focused on training therapists at the KAWASAKI ACADEMY, ensuring that every team member delivers treatments of the highest standard.

Yes, treatments are by appointment only. Same-day reservations may be available by phone.

Are showers available?

Will I be subjected to aggressive sales tactics?
Rest assured, while we may introduce products, we never engage in high-pressure sales tactics.
Do celebrities use your services?
We cannot provide information regarding individual clients due to privacy concerns.
